About Me

Monique Ntumngia

I am Monique Ntumngia, a social entrepreneur, international speaker, and climate advocate committed to empowering women and transforming underserved communities through clean energy solutions.

My passion lies in bridging the gap between sustainability, gender equality, and innovation, ensuring that women and girls have access to opportunities that uplift and empower them.

Let's talk with me.
My Journey – From Vision to Impact

As the Founder of Green Girls Organisation, I have trained nearly 800 women and provided clean energy to over 3,000 households across Africa.

My work in climate-gender justice has led me to global platforms, including the African Development Bank’s Economic Outlook launch, where I advocate for sustainable solutions.

I am also the CEO of Monafrik Energy, expanding renewable energy access across the continent.

My Commitment – Inspiring the Next Generation

Through initiatives like Project CALM and The NGO Expert, I mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and NGO leaders, helping them secure funding, scale their projects, and create real impact. Whether through leadership training, public speaking, or strategic consulting, my goal is to equip changemakers with the tools to succeed while championing a greener, more inclusive future.
